How do you pay?
You can pay via our online PayPal option. We also accept cheque payment, however this does not
guarantee bookings due to timescale from depositing to clearing. Places are only ever guaranteed
upon receipt of full payment prior to the session.
How much do courses cost?
Costs for courses are clearly identified on each link on the website pages
What happens if it rains?
The DynamicCricket experienced when It comes to providing educational yet fun cricketing
alternatives in the event of wet weather. 1:1 sessions will be rescheduled, whilst arrangements for
team sessions are liaised between DC & the club, individual or group.
We require at least 48 hours notice prior to any cancellation for any booking to guarantee a full
refund (minus a 30% cancellation fee). Cancellations made 14 days in advance will allow a full refund
to be given. We can offer credit notes for cancelled summer courses and Winter Academy bookings,
and an alternative session for 1:1s. Credit notes and 1:1s must be booked before the end of the
current season. In the event you are unable to attend a 1:1 session you will not be entitled to re-
book at a later stage and will be charged.
Changes to a current booking
We understand from time to time you may have to change a booking. Providing there are spaces on
alternative courses and 10 days notice is given, you may change courses free of charge
Are the team DBS checked?
All the team hold valid DBS certificates, are Safeguarded and also First Aid trained in line with ECB
All our Coaches are ECB Level 2 or above (or equivalent) and are members of the ECB Coaches
Do courses get fully booked?
YES! We pride ourselves with limiting the intakes of courses and are strict with numbers to ensure
the highest possible level of coaching. Only early booking/payment will limit disappointment!
Changes to courses
From time to time course dates/times/venues/staffing may change. DC reserves the right to do this
with limited prior notice and explanation, but we will endeavour to provide a suitable alternative at
Photography & Data Protection
From time to time, pictures and video footage may be used for promotional purposes from our
coaching. Please remember, you must opt out of this during the registration process.
Your data will not be shared with any third party. We will occasionally email you regarding latest
news/courses on offer.

We regret we cannot be liable for any personal possessions that children bring on our
courses/camps. We recommend that expensive items are not brought along to camps and courses
DC reserves the right to exclude any child for any reason without explanation (including bad
behaviour) if they are deemed to be disruptive or dangerous to others on our programmes. No
refund or alternatives will be offered on these occasions
Here at DC we pride ourselves in making cricket accessible to all. We will do our upmost to cater for
all requirements, needs and disabilities, however decisions will be made on a case-by- case basis
depending on the needs of the individual and the relevant experience of the staff involved.
